It took me about 2 weeks to establish a nice pipeline to finalize this Dragon Viking from the low ploy model in Maya to the final design. But, now I have a great system to start creating more characters. I will be on a Freelance project for the next 2 months, so I hope to continue designing more characters at the same time.

Dragon Viking High Res Zbrush Model
I took the low poly model to Zbrush to start sculpting the nice detail to the highres model. I want to create a simple pipeline of using the detail model from Zbrush to create all of the texture maps. So, I painted all of the textures in Zbrush and export them out with different matcap materials to later composite in Photoshop.
Dragon Viking Low Res Maya Model
I created this low poly model in Maya and setup the uvmap for export to Zbrush. I've been creating a lot of human characters, so I wanted to design something with more of a creature and fantasy characteristic.
